Job Title: Full Stack Architect (React & Node)

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end solutions using React.Js for frontend and Node.Js for backend services.
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers.
- Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance development workflows and product capabilities (e.G., GitHub Copilot, Claude, RoohCode, Vertex AI, Cursor).
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in web development and AI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in an architectural role.
- Expertise in React.Js, Redux, TypeScript, Node.Js, Express.Js, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Good to Have (AI/ML Exposure)
- Experience using or integrating AI-assisted development tools like:
- GitHub Copilot, Claude, RoohCode, Cursor, Google Vertex AI
- Understanding of how to integrate AI APIs or services into web applications.
- Exposure to AI/ML model deployment, prompt engineering, or LLM-based features is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building SaaS platforms or enterprise-grade applications.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or serverless architecture.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
